Mmm… Chocolate CARS?!!

What is this world coming to!? First, we use corn for fuel. And now we’re using CHOCOLATE for fuel? Mmm… Chocolate… Right! Back to reality! Well, according to a very useful source, scientists have figured out how to turn chocolate into gallons of fuel.

A car company — Ecotec — has been collecting waste from a Chocolate Factory. Ecotec is from the UK and they are planning on driving a car fueled by chocolate all the way from the UK to Timbuktu. The fuel works like bio-diesel and it takes approximately 7 pounds of chocolate remains to produce 1 gallon of fuel. It costs approximately $1.16 per gallon of this sweet gas.

Unfortunately (for anyone who was hoping for this), the fuel is not edible. I know, I wish it was too, but it’s not like you can drink gasoline from a glass. Or can you? Ok! Gotta stay on subject here! Haha. Well, there you have it! The people at Ecotec are currently working on making enough fuel to take them from wherever they are all the way to Timbuktu. (Why there? Who knows?) Keep reading and use fuel-efficient cars!

Becaise it sounds cool. Timbuktu that is. Anyway, if chocolate becomes a reliable source of fuel, don’t ya think chocolate prices will rise at all?

ANY fuel that we chose will have it’s prices raised! Chocolate isn’t nearly as important to the economy as corn. I’m guessing that at gas stations in the future you’ll have a choice between chocolate, air, corn, and algae.

*sighs* DarkPrinceofAwesome, if you want no one to copy your work, copyright it. Not that even that helps much anymore…

Haha. Not really, especially if there’s a nice lump of cash involved. Or the guy’s dead…

  7. Comment by Rika on February 15, 2008 9:44 pm

Well copyrights are pretty much void anyways when the creators die! If your dead then no one really cares about them inventing the toothpick, of course someone is going to change the toothpick and get away without a court case no matter what. Small inventions aren’t worth that much when the inventor is dead

Changing the invention completely loopholes the original invention.

Not necessarily. Sometimes it makes it better. For example, Einstein didn’t create the nuclear bomb. He just made it better, yet he gets all the credit

I thought einstein created the nuclear bomb!!*gasp* you learn something new everyday i guess

A-hem. Thank you for the history lesson, Rika, but that’s pretty much what I said. You’re fighting my ideas with… my ideas. Changing the invention is like inventing something diffent. And Einstein was the brains behind the bomb, anyway. He should get the credit, not the grunts.

Careful, Rika will kill you and steal your ideas. :D

A-HEM!!! I am SO glad that y’all are so interested in my article about chocolate-fueled cars!! LOL Just joking! Sorry, Rika, but I’m gonna have to agree with DarkPrinceofAwesome on this one. I do think Einstein was the brains behind the bomb and deserves the credit.

Pwn3d, Rika. And why is everyone a-hem-ing now? I’m back, guys, sorry I’ve been gone so long.

It took you forever! We had to result to commenting on our own articles while you were gone. Who doesn’t miss your sarcastic, twisted ideas of logic, anyways?

*rolls eyes* You’re right on the random part. Don’t get too full of yourself ‘DarkPrinceofAwesome’

If your writing articles now then aren’t we back to commenting on our own articles again since your now part of it too?

Huh. I guess so. We should kick Rika off the Island of Untimely Doom, or, in some parts of the country, this site. Then we have an outsider with an equal lack of a life as the reast of us, commenting on our work! It’s brilliant! BRILLIANT!!

  22. Comment by Rika on May 24, 2008 12:09 am

You make no sense sometimes. And how exactly is that brilliant? Then you’d have a site with everything spelled wrong! Who’s untimely doom would be met then?

  23. Comment by Jemaine on May 25, 2008 11:14 pm

Yours. You’d be so insane with all the misspellings, you’d have to quit looking at the site, and in doing so, cause yourself to turn to dust.

  24. Comment by Rika on May 26, 2008 2:50 pm

I’m not that obsessed with spelling everything right. No one could read the site and then it would not benefit you in the least part. And have you decided which username you want to use yet? Jemaine, Darkprinceofawesome or Nero?

    All of the Above.

All of these comments combined are longer than the actual article. Hm.
