Advice to Keep People Sane( or Mostly Sane)

Just  breathe …. through your nose.  ( and say inhale…exhale ) 

More advice to come later ( right now all my energy is used up on breathing)

I like it. If I didn’t breathe, I’d be dead. Now, if I breathe, I’ll be sane AND alive! :) Good advice!
