Sorry its been so long, Dearies. I got incredibly sick over winter break

As to why I believe Cosette has been ever chosen as the poster child of Les Mis:

I believe she is to symbolize innocence that has been broken, shattered, and hope that cannot be. While she is young as well as when she’s grown, Cosette is a dreamer. She looses innocence through the years, but even through all she had to put up with as child and all she sees as an adult, she refuses to let the world change her and still seems to have that light of hope glowing within her, even if it is–at times–just a tiny glimmer.

I don’t know why, but this line just pierces me to the very core. And I love it.

This is a trap I’ve been falling into repeatedly lately but last night I decided that I’d been caught for the last time. Yes, I might not be like them. Yes, they may point and mock. I apologize for not actually POSTING in november. Life—well, life happened. Like I always does. I’ll try to do better

But anyways. With Les Mis coming out in just TWO WEEKS (Fangirl squeal of extreme excitement), here’s today’s quote

Hello, all!

So I know others’ postings have gone down a bit over the last while, as we’ve all gone our separate ways. Some moving to different states, others going off to college, etc. But, as always, the TNF family has remained close in heart.

Having so said, I bring you an update on Rika, the founder of this lovely page.

Off at college in beautiful LA, Rika has been having many incredible experiences that come with the cinematic arts program at her school. One of these is the opportunity to create an interactive film about a myth on campus.

Still in the filming stages, this project won’t be out for a little while. However, you can be sure to see “The Unholy Five” as soon as it is available through links on this page.
